Marina

GKSS Marina is located in Långedrag on the southern shore of the oulet of the Göta river. The Marina has a pleasant and beautiful setting, bustling with life. There are also two restaurants, bathing facilities in the vicinity and good transport by tram to the centre of Gothenburg.

Our Marina

The Marina consists of more than 530 berths, most of which at fixed wooden bridges with piles at the stern.

The Marina is protected by a stone pier, shielding it from most wind directions.

It welcomes a large number of visiting boats annually. You will find information on how to book a guest berth below.

We also offer a launching ramp for smaller boats. Free to use for members. For non-members there is a fee of SEK 300 payable on site.

Guest berths

The GKSS Marina is popular with guests, and has a large number of visiting boats annually. With its proximity to the Gothenburg city centre, it is the perfect choice if you want to experience city life during your boating vacation. The city centre is easily accessible by tram.

The Marina is the home of the Royal Gothenburg Yacht Club, GKSS.

Land Space

On land there are spaces available for dinghies and smaller keelboats on trailers. These may be rented during the period April 15 to October 15.

Winter Berth in the Water

The winter season in the harbor extends from November 1 to March 31. Membership in the association is mandatory to have your boat in our winter harbor.
